Original Gamers

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 7, 2026

Original Gamers LLC ("Original Gamers", "we", "us") operates https://ogdashboard.com and the OG Dashboard desktop app (together, the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you create an account, we store your email address and an encrypted password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase). We never see or store your plaintext password.
  • Connected platform accounts. If you connect a streaming or social account (for example Twitch, Kick, YouTube or Facebook) to use the Creator Dashboard, we store the access tokens needed to post, stream or read your channel's public statistics on your behalf. You can disconnect these at any time from your account settings.
  • Usage data. Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is logged by our hosting provider for security and to keep the Service running.
  • Payment information. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number — Stripe handles that under its own privacy policy.

Project Zomboid tools (/zomboid)

  • No account needed. The tools work without signing in.
  • Your game folder. If you let the page read your Zomboid folder, your browser reads the OG Dashboard mod's files on your own computer. That data stays in your browser and is not uploaded, unless you turn on Shared measurements.
  • Shared measurements (off unless you turn it on). When you switch it on, the page sends gameplay numbers — how long actions took, what containers held, what you carried, weapon damage, time per skill level, distance walked and driven, and how runs ended — together with a random code your browser makes. It never sends your name, Steam ID, world or character name, clock times or map coordinates. You can turn it off at any time in the "your character" panel. To have your data deleted, email us the code shown there.
  • Top Builds. If you share a build, its name, the author name you type and its traits are shown publicly. Votes are tied to the same random browser code, not to you.
  • Saved on your device. Your character, picks and settings are kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Cookies and similar technology

We use a small number of cookies and local-storage entries to keep you signed in, remember that you dismissed the coming-soon banner, and — where enabled — to serve advertising through Google AdSense.

Google AdSense may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account, and sign you into the desktop app.
  • To operate the Creator Dashboard's features you turn on — planning, recording, posting and result tracking.
  • To send account and service emails (confirmations, security notices) and, if you don't opt out, occasional launch or product updates.
  • To keep the Service secure and to diagnose problems.
  • To show relevant advertising on free pages, where enabled.

YouTube data

The Creator Dashboard's Channel tab uses YouTube API Services. If you choose to connect your YouTube channel, you sign in on Google's own screen and grant read-only access. We ask for these Google permissions:

  • youtube.readonly — your channel's name, picture, subscriber count and your list of uploaded videos (titles, thumbnails, publish dates, view counts).
  • yt-analytics.readonly — your channel's analytics reports: views, watch time, daily views and traffic sources.
  • yt-analytics-monetary.readonly — your channel's estimated revenue, if you allow it. This permission is optional; everything else works without it.

How we use it. Only to show you your own channel's statistics on your Channel tab. Your YouTube data is never shown to anyone else, never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties, except the hosting and database providers listed below that store it for us. We cannot upload, edit or delete anything on your channel.

How we store it. Your Google access tokens are encrypted and kept on our servers only. We save one summary of your channel's statistics so the tab loads quickly; it refreshes when you open the tab and is deleted if it has not been refreshed for 30 days.

How to remove it. Press Disconnect on the Channel tab — we revoke our access with Google and delete your tokens and channel data immediately. You can also remove our access from your Google Account permissions page; we then delete your YouTube data within 24 hours. Or email ogdashboardsupport@gmail.com to have it deleted.

By connecting your channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. OG Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run OG Dashboard:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Vercel — website and application hosting.
  • Resend — transactional and account email delivery.
  • Stripe — payment processing, once paid plans are live.
  • Google AdSense — advertising on free pages, where enabled.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose of providing their service to us.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email, or from your account settings.
  • Disconnect a connected streaming or social account at any time.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing ogdashboardsupport@gmail.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have the right to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email ogdashboardsupport@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

OG Dashboard is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
